All of the channels do not give proper signal and it keeps freezing so the screen will be frozen and there will be no audio either. It is very annoying because you are not able to watch the shows properly. When we try to move the black antenna box there will be some fluctuation in the signal but still cant see 100% of the screen because it is still freezing. I have basic cable and it is giving me these issues so there is no chance for me to get more services from you guys. This needs to be resolved or i will need to cancel my services.
