Spectrum told me they would pay to buy out of my contract with DirectV if I switched to them. I switched on 2/07/17, filled out the buyout form, sent in my final bill from DirectV via USPS and have not heard from Charter Communications or received a check. I would like some feedback as to why I have not received a check yet. Thanks
