Frequent Outages Render Charter Communicatins Useless - Phone and internet service
I was skillfully persuaded to move my land phone lines and the Internet to Charter. It was a huge mistake. With at least four outages in about a month, and many hours of no connectivity (phone and the Internet), any savings I was hoping to gain by switching to Charter were quickly offset by many hours of zero connectivity. Charter%u2019s Internet and phone lines through cable turned up to be very unreliable. This level of unreliability renders Charter Communication useless for business purposes and just barely acceptable for home use.
